Job Title: Counter Sales Associate (QSR) Location: Avishikta, Kolkata Job Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Manager Job Summary: We are hiring a Counter Sales Associate to be the face of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). You will be responsible for taking orders, managing the billing system, serving customers with a smile, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. If you have good communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced food environment, we’d love to have you on our team. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders Operate the POS (billing) system accurately and responsibly Upsell combos, add-ons, and new menu items Ensure all orders are delivered correctly and promptly Maintain cleanliness of the counter and customer interaction areas Handle customer feedback or complaints with a positive attitude Follow hygiene and food safety standards Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order processing Requirements: Previous experience in a QSR or food retail environment Freshers with good communication skills are welcome Basic knowledge of billing systems (POS) preferred Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask and work under pressure
