Profile: Counter Sales Associate Objective: To create a positive and welcoming experience for all incoming buyers in the shop or factory setting, ensuring their needs are met with cheerful and efficient service, ultimately driving sales and fostering customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Customer Greeting: Warmly and promptly greet all customers entering the shop or factory outlet with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Cheerful Attendance: Enthusiastically engage with incoming buyers, demonstrating a positive and helpful attitude throughout their visit. Needs Assessment: Proactively approach customers to understand their requirements and preferences regarding the available products (Aromatics, aroma diffusers, aroma oils, related home and garden products, Hindu pooja products and kits, etc.). Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the product range to effectively answer customer queries and provide informed recommendations. Refreshment Offering: Offer refreshments to customers as per company policy, contributing to a comfortable and hospitable environment. Sales Assistance: Guide customers through the product selection process, highlight key features and benefits, and assist them in making purchasing decisions. Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders and handle transactions accurately. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to suggest complementary or additional products to enhance the customer's purchase. Maintaining Presentation: Ensure the counter and surrounding display areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing. Handling Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
