Job Summary:Tawania Smart Bazaar is looking for Counter Sales Executives to manage daily sales activities at our retail outlet. The role involves assisting customers, handling billing, maintaining product displays, and ensuring excellent customer service at the counter. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers visiting the store. Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers. Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately. Maintain product displays and stock arrangement on shelves. Keep the counter and display area neat, clean, and organized. Report stock shortages and customer feedback to the supervisor. Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and professional service. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th pass or below. Freshers are welcome; basic retail or counter sales experience is an added advantage. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Must be polite, punctual, and presentable. Willing to work flexible hours in a day shift.
