Counter Sales Executive

As a Counter Sales Executive at Gopinath Jewellers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and requirements. - Provide detailed information about jewellery products, including weight, design, pricing, and quality. - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales revenue. - Maintain a strong understanding of current jewellery trends and customer preferences. - Ensure the showroom and display counters are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. - Process sales transactions accurately, including billing and invoicing. - Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business. - Keep records of sales and customer interactions for future follow-ups. - Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability. - Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and industry standards. Requirements & Qualifications: - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in jewellery sales. - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of jewellery materials, gemstones, and hallmarking. - Proficiency in handling billing software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets. - Presentable and well-groomed appearance. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
