Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Counsellor based in Ahmedabad. The Visa Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and assisting clients through the visa application process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, evaluating client profiles, providing information on visa options, handling documentation, and staying updated with immigration laws and regulations. The role also involves preparing clients for interviews, coordinating with immigration authorities, and ensuring successful visa outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Visa Counseling, Immigration, and Client Consultation
• Strong Knowledge of Visa Processes and Documentation Requirements
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Handle Multiple Cases and Work Independently
• Attention to Detail and Strong Organizational Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience in a similar role and familiarity with international education systems is a plus
