Counselor for Blood Bank

About the Role:
We are seeking a committed and empathetic Blood Bank Counselor to support donor engagement, ensure proper documentation, and contribute to safe and ethical blood collection practices. The candidate will play a key role in donor communication and maintaining regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel donors regarding the donation process, eligibility, and post-donation care
• Maintain accurate donor records and documentation
• Support awareness activities related to voluntary blood donation
• Assist the Blood Bank team in ensuring compliance with regulatory norms
• Handle donor queries with clarity, confidence, and professionalism

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Blood Bank Counselor
• Experience certificate from a previous Blood Bank is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage donor interactions calmly and responsibly
