Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Visa Counselor, based in Jagraon. The Study Visa Counselor will guide students and clients through the study visa application process, including providing detailed information on requirements, assisting with documentation, and preparing clients for interviews. The individual will collaborate with the team to deliver quality consulting services and ensure applications meet the necessary standards. Additionally, they will provide tailored advice to clients based on their aspirations and eligibility criteria, while staying updated on visa regulations and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience in visa consulting, study visa processing, and assisting with documentation
• Knowledge of visa regulations for countries such as Canada, Australia, United Kingdom(UK), USA, Germany and Europe
• Proficiency in guiding clients with spoken English and IELTS preparation
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in any field (a degree in Education or a related area is a plus)
• Prior experience in the immigration consultancy sector is preferable
