Job Title: Education Counsellor – Admissions (Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Development) Location: Noida Sector 2 Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1-3 years (Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in end-to-end admission process) About Us: DigitalShell is a fast-growing digital skills training institute committed to empowering individuals with practical knowledge in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and Web Development . We seek a passionate and experienced Education Counsellor to guide prospective students and ensure a seamless admission journey from inquiry to enrollment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end admission process, from lead generation, counselling, follow-ups, document verification, fee collection, and onboarding. Understand and clearly explain course structures, curriculum, career outcomes, and USPs of Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and Web Development programs. Provide one-on-one career counselling to students based on their interests, goals, and educational background. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM. Achieve monthly admission targets by converting inquiries into enrollments. Coordinate with internal departments (academic, finance, operations) for smooth onboarding. Organize webinars, info sessions, and student orientation programs to boost engagement and conversion. Handle student queries (calls, emails, walk-ins) with professionalism and empathy. Requirements: Proven experience in end-to-end student admissions or educational counselling. Strong understanding of digital skills courses like SEO, Social Media, Canva, Adobe Suite, HTML/CSS, etc. (basic overview acceptable). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for helping students. Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively. Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM software. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field (education/marketing background preferred).
