Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and motivating Job Counsellor to handle enquiries from job seekers and guide them through the career services or placement process. The role involves understanding each candidate’s background, career goals, and skills, providing personalised career guidance, and effectively converting enquiries into successful enrollments or job placements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of the job market, and the ability to build rapport with clients. Basic computer knowledge is essential, including the ability to use email and data entry tools. Experience in sales or client management will be an added advantage.
