Counsellor Cum Accountant

As a Student Counselor at our company, your main role will be to counsel prospective students and their parents about the various courses offered and guide them through the admission procedures. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, following up with leads, and assisting with the admission process. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating admission records and reports using MS Office. In addition, you will need to perform data entry, documentation, and provide general administrative support. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel prospective students and parents about courses and admission procedures - Manage inquiries, follow up with leads, and assist with the admission process - Maintain and update admission records and reports using MS Office - Perform data entry, documentation, and provide general administrative support - Coordinate with academic departments and maintain student databases - Daily Tele-calling on Database and generate leads/enquiries - Basic Accounting work of Daybook entry and maintenance Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Basic accounting knowledge would be an advantage In this role, you will work full-time on a permanent basis in a day shift. You will be eligible for a performance bonus. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 01/07/2025.,
