Should have good understanding of fabrication and machining processes. Role : The engineer to 1. study the SoP ( standard opeerating procedures) of various services 2. Transilate SoP to List of measurable Activities for time study 3. Perform time study (using video shooting) 4. Identify skill and tool requirement for each activity. 5. Recommendations for Optimization of process Activity Based Cost Modeling (atleast 1yr. exp) 1. Identification of cost drivers of the process 2. Estimation of cost of activities based on skill, cycle time and tools required. 3. Sagreegate the activity cost to respective cost drivers. 4. Recommendations for Cost optimization
