Job Title: Cost Controller Experience: Minimum 3 Years Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience and skills) Location: Calangute, Goa Job Type: Full-time Job Summary:* We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced *Cost Controller* to join our team in Calangute, Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and controlling costs across operations to ensure optimal budget utilization and improved profitability. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze cost variances across departments and projects. * Prepare cost reports and budgets regularly. * Evaluate supplier invoices and ensure compliance with pricing policies. * Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes. * Ensure accurate cost allocation and inventory control. * Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities. * Develop and implement cost control procedures and systems. * Maintain financial records and documentation related to costs. * Identify areas of cost inefficiency and recommend corrective actions. * Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of proven experience in cost control or a similar financial role. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software . * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong communication and reporting abilities.
