Cost Control Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare, Review and establish budgetary controls.

2. Improvement of Project Margin.

3. Cost vs Revenue analysis to ensure reduction in Unbilled Revenue.

4. Monitoring of work/cost schedule, review of stock ageing to reduce Net Working Capital.

5. Managing QS & Billing team for timely invoicing and payment to all stakeholders.

6. Preparation of Risk Assessment Plan and implementation at site level.

7. Planning & Monitoring of Cash Flow and review of cost variations.

8. Managing Client, Vendors/ Sub-Contractors Scope of work, pay-outs, invoicing and collection.

9. Responsible for financial closure of Project at the end of project cycle.

Leading smooth functioning of commercial team at site.

Preferred candidate profile

1. B.E./ B.Tech. in Civil engineering or related field.

2. 12Years of experience in managing commercial activities with building/ Infrastructure projects

3. Experience of handling project of complex nature.
