Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop cost competitiveness improvement ideas through data analysis and stakeholder engagement. Conduct cost analysis, procurement, and vendor handling to optimize costs. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze market trends and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decisions. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in automotive engineering or related field (B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile or Mechanical). Strong understanding of cost reduction initiatives, cost analysis, and costing principles. Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets. Proven track record of developing effective cost improvement ideas and implementing them successfully.
