Cost Accountant

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost analysis reports, including variance analysis and trend identification. Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for infrastructure projects. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations by managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts. Identify areas for process improvement through continuous monitoring of costs and implementing changes as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in cost accounting or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification; ICWA (CMA) preferred. Strong skills in budgeting and forecasting, contract management, cost control, costing, financial reporting, process improvements, and vendor management.
