Cost Accountant

Role Overview: As a qualified CMA who has completed the mandatory industrial training, you will be responsible for supporting product costing, BoM validation, overhead allocation, cost audits, and accurate inventory valuation in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC). Key Responsibilities: - Validate and maintain Bill of Materials (BoM) for all products. - Assist in maintenance of BOM-based consumption and costing workflows in BC. - Support computation of standard costs and actual vs standard variances. - Analyse product-wise margins and prepare cost sheets. - Support Finance Controller/CFO in developing and validating cost allocation bases. - Work with manufacturing teams to capture accurate cost drivers and consumption data. - Assist in monthly and year-end inventory valuation as per Ind AS 2. - Reconcile RM, WIP, and FG inventory with production and finance teams. - Work with IT/ERP teams to maintain costing data in Microsoft Dynamics BC. - Prepare periodic costing dashboards and MIS reports. - Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams for costing inputs. - Support internal audit, statutory audit, and cost audit requirements. Qualification Required: - CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) Qualified. - Completed mandatory industrial training in manufacturing or similar. - Understanding of cost accounting, BoM, overhead allocation, inventory valuation. - Working knowledge of ERPs (preferably Microsoft Dynamics BC). - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel. - Good communication and documentation skills.,
