Gather news by attending press conferences, meeting officials and keeping a tab on announcement/ market movements in order to get relevant stories for the feature. Edit stories that are to be filed and rewrite wherever necessary to keep the story in line with the style of the newspaper. Establish and maintain relationships with individuals who are credible sources of information in order to come up with features and special products covered by the Art Edit department. Keep track of market trends to see what works in terms of products and stories. Gather information about events through research, interviews, experience, or attendance at political, news, sports, artistic, social, or other functions. This opening is for our Real Estate division Times property.
