Job Title : Corporate Travel Sales Managers ( Mid level to Senior level positions) Location : Mumbai / Pune/ Chennai/ Bangalore / Hyderabad Reports To : Business Head Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Travel Sales Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, and achieving sales targets within the corporate travel sector . This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent sales skills, travel industry knowledge, and a passion for travel. Key Responsibilities Sales and Revenue Generation Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with new and existing clients. Market Research and Analysis Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential new markets. Stay informed about industry developments and new travel products. Analyze client travel data to provide insights and recommendations for cost-saving and efficiency. Product and Service Knowledge Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the companys travel products and services. Educate clients on the benefits and features of travel options, including destinations, accommodations, and transportation. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices. Administrative and Reporting Tasks Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Utilize CRM software to manage client data and track sales activities. Training and Development Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge. Mentor and support junior sales staff as needed. Compliance and Documentation Ensure all travel arrangements comply with industry regulations and company policies. Prepare and manage all necessary travel documentation and reports. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the corporate travel industry. Strong knowledge of corporate travel products, services, and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills
