Job Description

Key Tasks: • Provide and maintain a high level of travel consulting services to clients on emails and calls. Drive to achieve expected transactions as per defined SOPs. Process and complete travel requirements, make reservation in accordance to initial enquiry, to ticket issuance and invoicing as requested by clients as per their travel policy. This covers all aspects of bookings, changing, cancellation, refunds or air tickets, hotel, car hire, travel insurance and visa queries etc. Ensure service queues are monitored and worked at regularly during business day and clear by the end of shift. Provide and maintain a high-level service. Displaying initiatives and ownerships, offer value added services such as frequent flyer programs seat allocation, client profile management in GDS, providing relevant and accurate information within the defined SLA (Service Level Agreement). Coordination with airlines and suppliers with regards to all clients issues, complaints and requirements. Perform in a proactive manner Remain updated on all aspects of travel through regular attendance in job related training programs, meetings, emails and refreshers. Daily Sales Report in accordance with procedure at the end of shift Dimensions: Personal Qualities / Behavioral Competencies: Good Communication Skills Customer Service Orientation Attention to Detail Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Time Management & Multitasking Ownership & Accountability Education: Graduate Experience: Min 3 years in TMC
