Corporate Trainer

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Corporate Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs for employees across all departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing employee skills, improving performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training needs assessments across departments including Sales, Purchase, Operations, Certifications, Logistics, Finance, Admin, HR, and IT. Design and deliver training programs (classroom, on-the-job, and virtual) tailored to departmental needs and company objectives. Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires. Create engaging training materials such as presentations, manuals, handouts, and assessments. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and follow-up sessions. Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals. Maintain a training calendar and ensure timely execution of all sessions. Encourage a learning culture by introducing best practices and innovative training methods. Provide one-on-one or group coaching when needed. Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
