Job Description

As a Project Manager at iCIMS, you will have the opportunity to work with various business teams within the organization to define and project manage new implementations and upgrades for various business systems. Your responsibilities will include setting project goals, maintaining project timeframes and budgeting estimates, coordinating project team members, and implementing IT strategies to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Additionally, you will be conducting risk assessments for projects, leading cadence reviews, and reporting on project status to stakeholders and leadership. Your role will also involve handling sensitive and/or confidential material with suitable discretion. Key Responsibilities: - Define and project manage new implementations and upgrades for various business systems - Coordinate project activities across organizations to ensure timely completion within budget - Set project goals and create plans to meet those goals - Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports - Coordinate project team members, develop schedules, and assign responsibilities - Implement IT strategies to deliver projects on schedule and within budget - Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence - Conduct risk assessments for projects - Lead on-going cadence reviews to discuss project goals and progress - Report on project status to stakeholders and leadership - Handle sensitive and/or confidential material with suitable discretion Qualifications: - Project management and leadership skills for managing projects from definition to roll-out - Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues - 2-3 years of Project Management Experience - Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion - Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget - Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills - Team player with a positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Excel and PowerPoint, and project management tools such as SmartSheet - Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, changing environment - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative - BA/BS/BE in related field highly preferred or relevant equivalent work experience In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, iCIMS offers competitive health and wellness benefits, including medical insurance, personal accident and group term life insurance, bonding and parental leave, wellness services offerings, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more.
