Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Engage directly with corporate clients to understand their travel technology needs. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring swift resolutions and exceptional service. Conduct regular feedback sessions with clients to identify areas for improvement and potential enhancements. Platform Management: Oversee the management and optimization of travel technology tools, including Concur, Deem, Agency Technology, Sabre, and Travelport. Take charge of executing platform changes and enhancements based on client requirements. Produce and analyze Unused Ticket Reports and deliver insights using Grasp and Microsoft Power BI. Technology Enhancement: Make informed recommendations for platform enhancements, ensuring TL365 remains at the forefront of travel technology. Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement technological upgrades and improvements. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to maintain our competitive edge. Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams on platform updates and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience in corporate travel management and technology platforms. Hands-on expertise with Concur, Deem, Agency Technology, Sabre, Travelport, Grasp, and Microsoft Power BI. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members. A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
