Job Title: Corporate Manager – Enterprise Partnerships (Degree & Certification Programs)
Location: Mohali
Department: Corporate & Institutional Sales
Experience: 5–10 Years (Preferred in EdTech / Higher Education / Corporate Training / HR L&D)
Role Overview
The Corporate Manager will lead strategic partnerships with corporates and organizations to promote our Degree Programs, upskilling Certifications, and Workforce Training Solutions. This role requires a consultative selling approach, strong corporate relationship management, and experience working with HR/L&D stakeholders on capability-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire corporate accounts for employee upskilling through UG/PG Degree Programs, Executive Certifications, and Corporate Training offerings.
- Lead the complete enterprise sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, solution designing, proposal development, pricing negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Development Leaders, Learning & Development Managers, Business Transformation Teams, and CXOs.
- Assess client workforce skills gaps and propose appropriate learning pathways using internal degree and certification portfolio.
- Conduct corporate workshops, learning need analysis sessions, and awareness sessions for employee engagement.
- Track industry trends, talent requirements, skill transformation mandates, and government/industry frameworks related to education and capability building.
- Maintain CRM pipelines, business forecasts, and documentation accuracy.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual partnership and revenue targets.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong background in B2B EdTech Sales / Corporate L&D Partnerships / Higher Education Alliances.
- Understanding of adult learning, degree frameworks, certification bodies, and professional training models.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate at CXO & leadership level.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
- Strong network of HR, L&D, Talent and Business Leaders is a plus.
- Ability to design solution proposals aligned to corporate capability goals.
- Comfortable with travel for on-ground meetings and corporate sessions.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.

- Corporate Partnerships Signed: Number & quality of new enterprise clients onboarded
- Revenue Achievement: Degree & Certification program revenue generated
- Employee Enrollment & Engagement: Adoption, completion & learning outcomes

Compensation
- Competitive Salary + Performance Incentives + Travel Reimbursements
