Job Description

Requirements:

2-5 years
of experience in corporate/commercial insurance sales.
Strong knowledge of client servicing, risk assessment, and policy structuring.

Roles & Responsibilities

Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across Employee Benefits, Liability, and Property insurance segments.
Understand client risk profiles and business requirements to design customised insurance solutions.
Drive end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
Coordinate with insurance partners to obtain competitive quotes, structure policies, and deliver optimal solutions.
Ensure timely servicing of client queries, renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination.
Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers and maintain high standards of customer experience.
Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to support business strategy.
Prepare proposals, MIS reports, and maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates.
