Requirements:

  • 2-5 years

    of experience in corporate/commercial insurance sales.
  • Strong knowledge of client servicing, risk assessment, and policy structuring.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across Employee Benefits, Liability, and Property insurance segments.
  • Understand client risk profiles and business requirements to design customised insurance solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
  • Coordinate with insurance partners to obtain competitive quotes, structure policies, and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Ensure timely servicing of client queries, renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers and maintain high standards of customer experience.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to support business strategy.
  • Prepare proposals, MIS reports, and maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates.
