As part of our strategic growth plans, we are looking to expand our network to Hyderabad and Bengaluru, and are currently seeking experienced Corporate Sales Managers to lead our entry into these key markets. Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager (CSM) for the region of Gujarat, Hyderabad and Bengaluru; who could be a face for All 4 Season at these regions. The base for She/He will be Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Bengaluru , respectively. The CSM will have strong coordination with the Travel and Holiday divisions as well as other support departments to drive the sales growth, develop strategies, and ensure achievement of the sales targets. Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the travel industry. Key Responsibilities: · Regional Sales Management: Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer for establishment of sales targets and develop strategies to achieve business goals.· Develop Sales Plans: Create and execute sales plans, including pricing and promotional strategies, to drive business growth.· Sales Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain an efficient sales tracking and reporting system to streamline operations and improve sales processes.· Sales Performance Management: Track sales performance metrics and provide detailed reports to the management team, offering insights on progress and areas of improvement.· Identify New Business Opportunities: Seek and cultivate new business opportunities across the major cities of Gujarat, including partnerships and sales channels to expand the client base.· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.· Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging market opportunities to stay competitive.· Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries and offer support when needed to maintain client satisfaction and resolve any issues.· Coordinate with Accounts: Liaise with the Accounts team to ensure timely client payments and conduct regular follow-ups to maintain a healthy cash flow. Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Master’s Degree however is preferred.2. Minimum 7 to 10 Years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.4. Strong leadership and team management skills.5. Excellent communication (English, Gujarati and Hindi) and interpersonal abilities.6. In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and its trends. 7. Ability to travel as required.
