Role & responsibilities Drive corporate sales through strategic tie-ups with companies, wellness programs, and employee engagement initiatives. Identify and onboard new business partners, including (RWAs), health professionals, and referral sources. • Develop new referral channels to create a strong sales pipeline for sustainable business growth. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders. • Identify potential new health angels (influencers, medical professionals, wellness coaches, etc.) to drive additional revenue streams. • Explore and expand into new business avenues for revenue generation and sales growth. • Work closely with internal teams to develop customized sales strategies and marketing campaigns. • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships. Preferred candidate profile • 2-6 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or healthcare sales. • Proven track record in acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets. • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented individual. • Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, or related industries is a plus.
