Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning:

    Define and implement corporate and HR strategies aligned with business goals; lead mid- to long-term workforce and organizational planning.
  • Organization Design:

    Advise leadership on structure, role design, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Talent Acquisition:

    Drive end-to-end hiring strategy, ensuring timely fulfillment of business-critical roles and a strong onboarding experience.
  • Culture & Engagement:

    Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture; lead employee engagement, diversity, and change initiatives.
  • Learning & Development:

    Build leadership and talent development frameworks to strengthen global capabilities.
  • Performance & Rewards:

    Manage performance evaluation and compensation systems ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Corporate Operations:

    Oversee general administration, IT systems, facilities, compliance, and shared service operations (HR, Legal, Finance).
  • Governance & Risk:

    Promote ethical practices, compliance awareness, and risk management across the organization.
  • Leadership:

    Inspire, develop, and guide the Corporate Management team to deliver excellence.

Stakeholders

Business leaders, functional heads, employees, global HR teams (Japan, US), and external partners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15–18 years of experience in HR or corporate planning leadership roles (200+ employee organization).
  • Experience in

    technology, software, or R&D-driven

    environments.
  • Proven track record in strategic HR, organizational development, and corporate operations.
  • Strong exposure to

    multinational

    or cross-regional environments.

Preferred Attributes

  • Expertise in

    human capital strategy

    and organizational transformation.
  • Experience in

    AI-driven HR systems

    or digital HR initiatives.
  • Ethical, people-centric, and collaborative leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
