Here's a job description for the role: *Job Title:* Corporate Partnerships and Relationship Manager - Preschools *Reports to:* Sr Management *Location:* Banaglore *Job Type:* Full-time *About Us:* We are seeking an experienced and skilled Corporate Partnerships and Relationship Manager to join our team and drive growth through strategic partnerships and relationships with our preschool partners. *Job Summary:* We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our corporate partnerships and relationship management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporates and other organizations, while also serving as a relationship manager for our existing preschool partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, relationship management, and a passion for early childhood education. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Corporate Partnerships:* - Develop and execute strategies to form partnerships with corporates and other organizations. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our organization's goals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in partner organizations. - Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that drive growth and revenue for our organization. 2. *Relationship Management - Preschools:* - Serve as a single point of contact for our existing preschool partners. - Regularly connect with preschool partners to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback. - Provide support, guidance, and solutions to preschool partners, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. - Foster strong relationships with preschool partners, driving loyalty and long-term collaborations. 3. *Additional Responsibilities:* - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in early childhood education. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to preschool partners. - Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our partnerships and relationships with preschools. *Requirements:* - Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field. - Prior experience in business development, relationship management, or a similar role. - Experience in the early childhood education industry is an added advantage. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. *What We Offer:* - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization. - Collaborative and supportive team environment. - Professional development and growth opportunities.
