As a Corporate Leasing Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify, source, and develop long-term relationships with Emerging, Mid, and Large Corporates to achieve growth targets in the leasing business. You will work closely with TCL's existing clientele and loan customers to propose lease solutions whenever feasible. Your role will involve driving portfolio growth in Corporate segments, meeting budgetary targets for Net Interest Income (NII), Fee income, and Portfolio size. A key aspect of your job will be to understand the needs of clients and present leasing as a viable solution while adhering to risk management guidelines. You will be required to maintain relationships with corporates, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Vendors, generating business through regular interactions across various channels direct, indirect, online, and offline. Conducting initial risk assessments, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal stakeholders for successful proposal submissions and disbursements are crucial aspects of the role. Post-disbursal, you will engage with existing customers periodically to address any issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining portfolio MIS, guiding and mentoring junior team members, and taking ownership of leasing operations on a pan-India level. Embracing sales digitization tools and overseeing their effective implementation within the team will also be part of your responsibilities.,
