Your role will involve implementing training programs, professional development initiatives, and talent management strategies to equip employees with the necessary skills for current and future workplace challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and delivering training programs to improve employee performance - Developing professional development programs to enhance employee skills - Implementing talent management initiatives to identify and nurture key talents within the organization Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Minimum of 10 years experience in hotel management - Minimum of 5 years experience in staff training Additional Company Details: The work location for this role is in person in Kolkata, West Bengal. Candidates must be fluent in English and Hindi. Relocation to Kolkata or reliable commuting to the workplace is required for this full-time position with day shift schedules.,
