We at Jupiter Hospital are Hiring for Experienced F&B Manager
Job Summary1. Supply Chain Management-a. To set up a protocol driven system to ensure efficient food supply chain management for in-patients and their relatives.b. To take daily rounds on floor, understand patients food related feedback and accordingly coordinate with the Unit Chef for fine tuning the food supply chain.c. To liaise with the Unit Chef, Kitchen, Dieticians, and  Hospital Cafeteria on daily operations and quality control.d. To handle all patients’, and relatives’ complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service.e. To upgrade the service standards of the hospital meal dispensing f. To ensure right food (as prescribed by Dietician) to be delivered to right patient.2. Induction, Training and Grooming of Food Handlers-a. To train and groom the food handlers and service assistants for efficient food delivery.b. To monitor cleanliness and hygiene of food handlers and ensure that necessary quality controls are in place.c. To ensure that all employees maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.d. To ensure that all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times.3. Hospital Cafe Services- (1st Floor & Basement)a. To upgrade cafeteria services and ensure quality food is being served to patient’s relatives / guests, Employees & Doctorsb. .c. To ensure that the system is implemented and monitored regularly as per the set protocols. 4. Statutory Requirements and Inventory Management-a. To ensure that the relevant statutory requirements are met with and documentation is maintained accordingly.b. To ensure that the inventory controls are in place and Inventory audits are done periodically at set intervals.c. To carry out any other duties / responsibilities by management on time to time basis.d. To carry out any other duties assigned / responsibilities by General Manager-Operations, Jupiter Hospital from Time to Time and responsibilities as assigned.Skills• Good communication • Presentable Personality• Creative and innovative approach• Good problem solving skills• The ability to work in a team
