Description
As a Corporate Communications Associate at ZS, your role will involve supporting the planning and execution of internal communication strategies to inform, involve, and inspire ZSers. You will be responsible for creating, editing, and distributing content across various internal channels to ensure clear and consistent messaging. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist the team with writing and assimilating content for employee communication - Support the team in developing and executing effective plans to roll out the messaging on the digital signage at different office locations (Bengaluru, Chennai, New Delhi, Noida, Pune) - Aid in program management, designing, implementing, and participating in town halls and roadshows - Assist in building and maintaining relationships with vendors and agencies - Ensure communication meets company goals and fosters community - Help ensure consistency of messaging across all internal communications between the India offices **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, or related field; master's degree (MA/MS/MBA) preferred - 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a multi-national professional services environment with demonstrated experience in this role - Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage/Yammer, Canva, Adobe etc.) - Strong content creation skills - Experience in employee communications programs that have achieved results - Ability to multi-task with strong prioritization skills - Understanding and experience in key channels; experience in leveraging social media for internal communication is advantageous - Basic knowledge of shooting videos is a bonus - Fluency in English - Client-first mentality - Intense work ethic - Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach In addition to the above, you will have the opportunity to develop cross-functional skills, participate in milestone training programs, and explore internal mobility paths at ZS.
