1. Social Media Management Support social media content creation and scheduling across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Monitor social media for mentions of the brand and escalate issues as needed. Track social media performance and develop and deploy improvement plans. 2. Media Relations & PR Support Support the execution of public relations campaigns and media outreach initiatives. Maintain and update the companys media contact list. Assist in organizing media interviews, press conferences, and related events. 3. Content Creation & Management Support the development of multimedia content (videos, infographics, and presentations) for both internal and external audiences. Assist in creating press releases, articles, newsletters, social media posts, and blog content. Ensure all content is aligned with the companys tone, brand voice, and key messaging. 4. Internal Communications Assist in creating employee newsletters, internal announcements, and leadership messages. Support internal events such as town halls, webinars, and employee engagement activities. 5. Brand & Reputation Management Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all communication materials. Support crisis communication initiatives and provide support during sensitive or high-pressure situations. 6. Administrative Support Support the communications team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up tasks. Maintain organized systems for press releases, media mentions, and content assets.
