Job Description

Role Overview : The Core Shop Supervisor will manage the daily operations of the core-making area in an iron casting foundry. This includes overseeing production, ensuring quality control, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities : Supervise core-making operations and team to ensure quality and efficiency. Manage the production schedule and troubleshoot any core quality or equipment issues. Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards. Maintain equipment, manage material inventory, and reduce waste. Collaborate with other departments (molding, casting, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor core quality and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience in a foundry or manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience. Knowledge of core-making processes and materials (sand, resins, etc.). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to ensure safety compliance and process improvement. Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume.
