Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ERP modules using
Core PHP

Write
clean, reusable, well-structured code
following industry best practices.
Optimize backend logic for
speed, stability, and scalability

Lead, mentor, and guide junior developers to ensure smooth project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and define technical solutions.
Manage
database architecture
, optimize SQL queries, and ensure data integrity.
Integrate
third-party APIs
and external tools seamlessly.
Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues within expected timelines.

Required Qualifications

B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT / M.Sc. IT or equivalent.
3–5 years
of strong, hands-on experience in
Core PHP
development.
Proven track record in leading backend development modules or projects.
