As a Goal-Oriented individual with a proven track record, you will be offered an attractive compensation package which includes a monthly salary of up to 40K along with incentives, yearly bonus of up to 2 Lac, and a minimum experience requirement of 3-5 years. In addition, you will have the opportunity to be featured in our Insta Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube as a presenter. There is also the chance to pursue BBA/MCA/MBA from Amrita University. Furthermore, you will be entitled to up to 2 weeks of paid leave based on performance, allowing you to plan long holidays to destinations such as Kashmir, Leh Ladak, North India, Overseas, or similar locations. On non-peak seasons, you will also have weekends off along with the second and fourth Saturdays. To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience, and aspirations: - High-quality editing skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing - Scripting and direction skills, particularly in directing short videos like English House/English Mitra or similar - Experience and exposure in cinematography - Aspirations to become a highly-paid Media Head/Strategist in fast-growing EdTech companies in the future - Strong passion and proven skills in scripting, short/theme direction, and the ability to work creatively without supervision - Leadership skills to guide and lead the media team with the vision and mission of the company - Coordination skills to collaborate with the media team, other department teams, and resources for desired media programs/episodes/events - Ability to create a social media strategy to increase views through organic reach - Knowledge of digital marketing with an advantage of understanding formats and updates aligned with new algorithms Moreover, you will be joining a renowned and award-winning Career Advisory firm, College Guru, known for its exceptional services in the education industry.
