Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop high-conversion ads/scripts for lead generation, covering both static and video formats to drive user engagement. Ideate and script content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Meta, and other social media outlets to drive engagement and virality. Write engaging, trend-driven scripts for videos and ads, ensuring content resonates with target audiences and stays aligned with brand goals. Oversee content scheduling and ensure timely and consistent delivery across multiple platforms. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand goals, product messaging, and marketing strategies. Track content performance and analyze results, implementing changes to optimize engagement and conversion rates. Use AI tools and automation to boost efficiency and speed up content production and project turnaround. Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms to continuously enhance content quality and relevance. Craft both short- and long-form content for internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand tone and messaging. Requirements: Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills with the ability to adapt to various content formats and target audiences. Deep understanding of social media trends , content strategies, and marketing fundamentals, with a proven ability to create content that resonates. Bachelors degree in Mass Communication/Journalism is a plus but not mandatory. A passion for content consumption , with the ability to stay up-to-date with digital media trends and viral content formats. Familiarity with platforms like Instagram and YouTube (bonus if you have experience creating content yourself!). Experience with short-form content , including reels, shorts, ads, YouTube videos, etc., is a plus.
