Role Overview
We are looking for an excellent and creative Copywriter who will own the voice of BharatNXT across all channels. You will be responsible for crafting compelling, high-converting copy for diverse formats including push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails, social media captions & descriptions, SEO blogs, and video scripts. The ideal candidate can adapt messaging to suit different platforms while maintaining a consistent brand tone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write persuasive, engaging, and concise copy across multiple channels Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Social Media, and Video scripts.
  • Adapt a single campaign message across different channels, understanding how user intent and campaign goals shift with each medium.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure message alignment and brand consistency.
  • Optimize copy for engagement, click-throughs, conversions, and other channel-specific performance metrics such CTR, open rates, response rates.
  • Conduct research to understand target audience pain points, especially MSME business owners, and tailor messaging for maximum impact.
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain quality, tone of voice, and error-free delivery within agreed timelines.

Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in copywriting across multiple formats and channels.
Strong understanding of cross-channel marketing and ability to adapt tone and style per platform.
Excellent command of English; knowledge of Hinglish or regional nuances is a plus.
Creative storytelling skills with a data-driven mindset for performance optimization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Experience in the fintech industry is preferable.
Experience writing for MSME-focused campaigns is preferable.
