Ensure customer delight by resolving service issues and ensuring retention and higher loyalty of distributors. Plan and execute strategies for penetrating convenience stores and other premium sectors where premium fruits are currently not being sold. Lead and expand the business by building processes and funnels for manual top-down outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
