Job Description Experience: 12+ Years Location: Pune Mode of Work: Hybrid Requirements: Extensive experience in ServiceNOW development Extensive experience in architectural work, designing solutions, preparing decision papers, developing implementation guidelines etc. Experience in technical lead of agile teams and development Strong scripting skills, esp. in JavaScript Good understanding of: Web Technologies Incident and Request processing System integration using APIs (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON PowerShell ) Knowledge of modern best practices for software development, build processes, release management and deployment (SAFe, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to work proactively and independently in a complex, technical environment Collaborating with distributed teams of different time zones Very good analytical Skills and problem-solving ability to drive solutions with developers Ability to communicate to technical people as well as (senior) management level Fast learner, self-motivated, team player Think beyond!
