Develop a strong understanding of brands and markets in India, including current advertising trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics, to offer effective solutions in collaboration with the creative team. Create impactful copy that delivers measurable results for clients and brands, leveraging strategic thinking and creativity. Generate creative, out-of-the-box ideas that align with brand objectives. Understand and articulate the clients core message and target audience. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm compelling visual and copy ideas. Exhibit excellent command of the English language, with expertise in writing, editing, and proofreading. Craft concise, attention-grabbing, and persuasive copy that effectively conveys the intended message. Requirements Conceptualize and execute innovative ideas. Work closely with the Art team to ensure cohesive creative output. Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work. Possess in-depth knowledge of digital media and demonstrate the ability to craft compelling campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and other digital channels. Exhibit strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor members of the copy team. Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in copywriting and creative strategy.
