Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable and maintainable
Hyperautomation solutions
using industry best practices.
Design and elaborate
AI solutions and chatbots
.
Collaborate with
Business Analysts
and
Solution Designers
for effort estimation and scope definition.
Ensure high-quality automation through rigorous testing in collaboration with QA teams.
Support
UAT
, deployment, and post-production maintenance.
Guide internal users in developing their own automation solutions.
Review peer-developed solutions for compliance with security and design standards.
Participate in
Agile ceremonies
(Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Monitor performance and ensure adherence to technical frameworks and SLAs.
Stay updated with advancements in
Blue Prism
,
Power Platform
, and other automation technologies.

Technical Skills & Certifications

34 years of hands-on experience in
Power Platform
and
Office 365
implementations.
Strong expertise in:

Power Automate
,
Power Apps
,
Dataverse
Copilot Studio
and
Azure AI
Power Virtual Agents
,
Power BI
,
Azure DevOps
SQL
,
REST APIs
, and integration with
RPA tools
Experience in
SaaS/PaaS environments
.

Familiarity with
Power Platform CoE
and governance frameworks.
Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400)
certification is a strong advantage.
Agile/Scrum development experience.
