Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • B2B Platform Lead Generation:

    Proactively manage and optimize our presence on key B2B platforms like IndiaMART and Trade India.

    This includes promptly responding to inquiries, strategically consuming "Buy Leads," and maintaining an updated, compelling product catalog to maximize lead volume and quality.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    Actively seek out new business opportunities for our

    material handling equipment

    (like pallet trucks, stackers, and forklifts) and

    electric buggies

    using a variety of channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, and online research.
  • Lead Qualification:

    Engage with potential clients to understand their specific needs and logistical challenges. Use a structured approach to qualify leads by assessing their budget, authority, needs, and timeline (BANT).
  • CRM Management:

    Maintain and update all lead and customer information in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and a well-organized sales pipeline. This is a critical part of the role.
  • Sales Collaboration:

    Work closely with the field sales team by scheduling qualified meetings and hand-offs for complex, high-value projects. Your work will directly contribute to their success.
