Prepare and cook authentic North Indian dishes Cook a variety of Chinese dishes Assist in preparing basic South Indian dishes Manage food inventory, storage, and stock rotation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations. Required Candidate profile Expertise in North Indian & Chinese cuisine Basic knowledge of South Indian dishes Experience in restaurant/hotel kitchens Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience
