Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and trustworthy In-House Cook with expertise in preparing authentic Gujarati dishes . The ideal candidate should be able to prepare daily meals, maintain kitchen hygiene, and cater to the dietary preferences of the family. Key Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of traditional and modern Gujarati dishes including snacks, main course, sweets, and farsan. Plan meals based on family preferences, health needs, and seasonal ingredients. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking utensils. Manage grocery inventory and assist in creating shopping lists. Maintain punctuality and follow household routines for meal timings. Accommodate special requests, fasting meals, and festival-specific preparations. Follow safe food handling and cooking practices. Candidate Profile: Proven experience in cooking authentic Gujarati food. Knowledge of vegetarian meal preparation is essential. Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently. Clean, organized, and respectful of household norms. Willing to work full-time or live-in (if required).
