Job Description

Role & responsibilities Plan and prepare daily meals based on dietary preferences. Ensure food is cooked hygienically and presented well. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization. Source and manage grocery shopping within budget. Prepare meals for special occasions if required. Follow dietary restrictions and nutritional requirements. Store and preserve food appropriately. Proven experience as a home cook or in a similar role. Knowledge of various cuisines (Indian, Continental, Asian, etc.). Ability to follow recipes and adapt to preferences. Strong sense of hygiene and food safety. Ability to manage kitchen inventory and grocery shopping. Good time management and organizational skills. Willingness to accommodate special dietary needs (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free). Avaibalbe for 24*7 at the venue. Preferred candidate profile Certification in culinary arts (preferred but not mandatory). Previous experience in a household, restaurant, or catering setup.
