Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook / Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction by consistently delivering flavorful dishes. This role requires excellent culinary skills, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and customer preferences. Ensure food is presented attractively and meets quality standards. Monitor food stock and place orders as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow. Assist in developing new menu items or recipes. Label and store all food supplies properly. Handle and store ingredients in compliance with food safety standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a cook or chef in a professional kitchen. Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Ability to follow recipes and multi-task under pressure. Familiarity with health and safety kitchen regulations
