Conversational AI Architect

AI-driven conversations

own client discussions, create solution blueprints, contribute to pre-sales proposals, and guide the engineering team

What You’ll Do

• Lead the

  design and architecture

  of chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI platforms.
• Drive

  pre-sales discussions

  — translate client needs into technical proposals, solution decks, and project estimations.
• Integrate

  LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, Bedrock, etc.)

  into custom conversational frameworks.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, UI/UX teams, and clients to ensure end-to-end delivery excellence.
• Develop and optimize

  prompt engineering, LLM tuning, and contextual orchestration frameworks

  .
• Build proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for client demos and proposals.
• Mentor developers on best practices in architecture, data security, and scalability.
• Partner with leadership to define

  AI strategy and delivery standards

  across projects.

Your Tech Toolkit

• Programming:

  Python (Flask/FastAPI), Node.js

• Databases:

  MongoDB, MySQL

• AI/LLM Tools:

  OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, Anthropic, etc.

• Chatbot Frameworks:

  Rasa, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or custom-built in Python

• Concepts:

  NLP, NLU, Prompt Engineering, Context Management, Microservices

• Cloud & DevOps:

  AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes

• Bonus:

  Experience in solution demos, RFP responses, and technical pre-sales

You’ll Excel in This Role If You:

• Have

  6+ years

  of software development experience, with

  3+ years

  in AI/chatbot design or architecture.
• Are comfortable leading

  client meetings

• Have built or led teams working on enterprise-level chatbots or AI systems.
• Are a proactive thinker who connects technology with business outcomes.
• Can manage both — the
