What does the role involveDevelop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring agility and responsiveness to market dynamics. Oversee all core finance functions (such as, but not limited to; Controlling, Credit & Collection, Budgeting, commercial) and be responsible for accurate month and year-end closing. Collaborate with business units to understand operational nuances, contribute to budget management, and provide financial guidance to enhance overall performance. Own the performance management and investment process of the market organization to deliver financial results to drive current and strategic business priorities. Analyze and interpret data to help businesses allocate resources efficiently. Conduct trend analysis to identify risks and opportunities. Implement and drive global/regional finance initiatives to drive operational excellence and create a sustainable value proposition.
