Roles and Responsibilities:
Tracking Operation performance metrics.
Drive Operational Metrics efficiently in sync with all internal and External stakeholders.
Continuously Detect process gaps, highlight performance issues, and prioritize problem-solving
opportunities for the operation team.
ensure promises are made to the customer are met by highlighting escalating exceptions to the accountable
people, and monitoring closure. Handling customer Escalation.
Proficient in excel
Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
The ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculation and
automation to process large volumes of data.
Analyze and Interpret the data.
Generate dashboard, periodic and Ad hoc reports as needed.
Eligibility / Skills required:
Data Analysis.
Advanced Excel skills.
Performance Metrics.
Problem Solving.
Hands on google sheets.
Formula Knowledge.
